Lose 7 Pounds in 4 Days With This Mexican Diet

Here is another diet for people who want to lose weight fast. With this diet you can lose 7 lbs in just four days. It is a little rigorous, but a very effective diet.

Mexican Diet For Weight Loss

First day:

Breakfast:  cup of coffee without sugar, one orange, two boiled eggs

Lunch:  eight prunes

Dinner:  one orange and one boiled egg

Second day:

Breakfast:  cup of coffee and one piece of cheese

Lunch:  one orange and one boiled egg

Dinner:  one cup of kefir or yogurt and one pear

Third day:

Breakfast:  one cup of tea( without sugar)

Lunch:  one cucumber , one tomato and piece of cheese.

Dinner:  cup of milk

Fourth day:

Breakfast:  two tablespoons of muesli and fruit juice

Lunch:  one cucumber,one tomato and salad without any spices

Dinner:  two oranges
