There are certain foods and drinks which can help you in the process of body cleanse. Just incorporate them one by one in your morning diet routine (or you can even combine them) and you will notice significant improvements.

- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 cups of milk or homemade coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
