Despite many new products in the market that claim to eliminate blackheads fast, nothing beats Mother Nature’s way.
Commercial products are not only expensive, oftentimes they fail to meet the customer’s expectations. Some of them could even cause unwanted side effects. Fortunately, we have 4 natural methods that can quickly and easily remove blackheads.
1. Egg Whites
This first method only requires egg whites and facial tissues.
First make sure the face is clean and dry.
Then, apply the egg whites on the part of your face affected with blackheads.
Next, place the facial tissue over the area and gently press on the skin.
Wait until the mask dries.
Once it is, peel off the mask and wash the face to make sure no residue remains.
Lastly, dry the face and apply moisturizer if needed.
2. Honey and Cinnamon
First, gather the necessary ingredients – raw honey, cinnamon power and cotton strips.
Start by creating a paste with one part cinnamon and two parts of honey.
Next, apply the paste over the affected area and cover it with the cotton strips. Let it rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
Afterwards, remove the strip and wash the face.
Finally, apply moisturizer.
3. Sugar and Oil
For this home remedy, prepare a cup of white or brown sugar, 4 tablespoons of jojoba oil and aromatic essential oil (optional).
Start by mixing all of the ingredients in a glass jar.
Rinse the face and put the mixture on the wet skin, particularly the affected areas.
Massage these areas for a few minutes and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.
Afterwards, rinse the face and apply moisturizer.
4. Green Tea
Prepare a tablespoon of green tea leaves, a napkin and a cup of water.
In a bowl, mix the green tea leaves and the water until they form a mixture.
Next, apply it on the areas affected with blackheads and leave them on for at least 3 minutes.
Gently rub the mixture on the skin.
Lastly, rinse the face and use the napkin to pat it dry.
