- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 8.5 oz / 250 ml of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ground ginger
- Juice of 1 lemon
Strategy for Preparation:
Put the new ground ginger in a bowl and pour the water on it. After it cools a bit, include the nectar and lemon juice. Blend the mixture and drink it while it’s still warm.
The best time to take this refreshment is in the morning on an empty stomach or late in the evening before going to bed.
