- 6 cups of filtered water
- Organic parsley leaves
- Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of honey
So, the first thing that you need to do is to wash well the parsley leaves and chop them. Remember, this step is crucial for every drink or food recipe that you do. In that way, you will be sure that none of the toxins or other harmful ingredients is left on the food.
Now, take some medium-size pot and pour the water in it. Then, boil the water and add the parsley in it. However, be sure not to remove the pot from the heat. Just reduce the heat and leave it for at least 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, strain the liquid and leave it aside to cool down. Therefore, add the honey and lemon juice in the liquid and your drink is ready.
