1 cup of raw oatmeal
1 cup of raw, organic orange juice
1 cup of water
2 cups of fresh, chopped pineapple
40 gr of raw honey
40 gr of crushed almonds
7 gr of cinnamon
1. Put the oatmeal in a pot of hot water and stir until it is well cooked. Allow the cooked oatmeal to cool.
