Being ill with colds and coughs that sometimes turns into bronchitis can be more delicate than you thought it is. It is very essential to know the difference between a simple cough to a serious one.

DIY Banana Cream for Coughing
What you need:
2 medium ripe bananas preferably with dots
2 tablespoon of honey
400ml of boiling water
1. Prepare and peel the bananas.
2. Mash the bananas using a wooden or plastic spoon so it won’t turn dark in color.
3. Add sugar based on your desired amount. Mix well.
4. If you want to put honey in the mixture, let it cool first for honey loses its nutrients in high temperature.
5. Pour the boiling water and cover it for 30 minutes.
If you prefer to have a puree without any small particles, use the strainer to attain the result you wanted. It is recommended to consume at least 4 times a day, daily. New mixture must be prepared and gently heated before use each day. See effective results in a few days!
