Coffee could be consumed atleast 4 hours before going to bed. The caffeine in your coffee fortifies and freshens the body so better avoid it.
Do not read before sleeping, it keeps you up at night. Do it at least an hour before you go to bed.

Phones, laptops or any electronic devices should be avoided or at least kept away once you’re in bed. They serve as a great distraction that stimulates brain process.
