3. You Snore

You snore more often than the usual and it is very loud too. People who snore are bound to have stress issues which increases the blood sugar level.

In this case, it is highly recommended to check yourself and to figure out if you have this kind of disease in which you have been previously diagnosed from some kind of sleeping disorder.

4. Itchiness

The diabetes damages the blood circulation which leads to itchiness and dryness of the skin. This situation something that you should not be ashamed of.

Some of the patients who were actually diagnosed with diabetes complained a lot about the itchiness of their hands and feet.

5. Your hearing will become worse

This is the silent symptom of diabetes. If you find it hard to hear your friends while speaking or you often boosts the volume of your television than the usual, then you may just actually shown the symptom of type 2 diabetes.
